  • cedarwood: beneficial for grounding and calming and has sedative properties
  • lavender: helpful in soothing mood, reducing stress and relieving anxiety
  • lemon verbena: raises melatonin levels important for sleep and releases stress
  • ylang-ylang: has soothing sedative properties that aid sleep

Crafted with an exceptionally high concentration of essential oils (over a full standard bottle's worth), each candle delivers richer scent and enhanced therapeutic benefits.  Due to the essential oils used, this candle is not suitable for pregnant women.
